Shipping & Orders

All of our orders are currently shipped by FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) which means you will benefit from Prime shipping with your order.

What are my Shipping & Delivery options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

How do I get Free Shipping with my order?

We offer free Economy shipping on Orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, no - but we are working on this!

How do I return my item?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. Please email us at hello@saluskincare.com and we will be happy to assist you. To start a return, please email us and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Please note at this time we are only able to accept returns within the contiguous United States on items purchased from saluskincare.com. We can only accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly offer a full refund to the original form of payment. All ceramics and bundles are final sale and non-returnable. Footwear and apparel must be returned in its original, unused and unwashed condition. Items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Please note that we cannot offer a refund on original shipping charges.

Why does my Product visually look slightly different from the last one I purchased?

Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

Should you wish to return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify us within 14 working days (beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you).
